Eric is a results-oriented, innovative, and committed leader with extensive experience in implementing and supporting software; improving processes; designing business intelligence strategies; and managing projects for Fortune Global 500 organizations. Demonstrated excellence in leading and developing teams in challenging, fast-paced environments. Recognized expert across technology and operations functions in delivering key technology and process innovation.
Eric was more recently a Director, Premium Support and Value Analysis with CA Technologies. He led a team of seasoned professionals to cover the post sales experience of clients. The goal was to ensure the clients were able to extract the maximum value out of their CA software and to guide them with their IT architecture roadmap (including Cloud computing). The role spanned across Canada for all CA products. Direct reports were customer success managers (advocates for clients during issue escalations) and customer success architects (software rationalization and strategic architecture).
Prior to Amplio, Eric was a principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now Pwc) where he spent closed to a decade working for world class clients.
During his consulting career, he solved the most challenging issues and uncovered millions of dollars in savings in a variety
of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Eric started his career at the Business Jet division of Bombardier, a Canadian manufacturer of transportation equipment.
Eric holds an MBA and a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering degree. He has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
